Leah Barrett is a therapist, nutritionist, and the host of a very moving podcast called "Precarious". Leah has been diagnosed with cancer multiple times and through her podcast, she vulnerably shares about her personal journey living with a terminal illness. Precarious attracts guests who also share about their own dark periods and life challenges. The podcast is all about vulnerability, connecting through our stories, and just how fragile life can be. We invited Leah as an expert within our Women Strong "Mindset" lessons. Her resilience and stories of finding "beauty in the struggle" are so inspiring.
